Nowadays, early age-marriage mostly happen in Indonesia because of married by accident, demands customs, parents, and others. is the 2nd country Asia with highest rate marriage 37th world 2007 (According to United Nations Development Economic Social Affairs (UNDESA) 2010). In this study, researchers have more interest exploring phenomenon that rife focusing on studying knowing about as a solution or controversy avoid an act adultery. According view Islam, customary law, other laws. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods data collection using questionnaire. Although Islam does not determine age for marriage, there are many factors cause negative impact if carried out good preparation. thing will affect psychological, physiological, social, economic, lead disadvantage. Therefore, it better prepared maturely before making decision, worship sacred thing.
